not sure what city is best, also heard dupont doesn't really have any stores there like walmart etc.|||You know sometimes you need a change of environment for now.

I discovered when I was there that without a car you would be f'ed. Just dont be afraid to use the base MWR trips into Seattle for weekend trips. They are very reasonably priced and easy to use also.
