Could you recommend a good fountain pen to me?

I'd like to buy a good fountain pen.

But I'm not in a high position in my company, so it won't be for signing a contract, etc.

Fountain pens with thick writing are not recommendable to me, I guess.

I'd like to practise hand-writing, keep a diary, write letters, etc.

Not for decorating the pocket of my shirt with expensive fountain pens like some snobbish colleagues around me.

And I don't know a lot about fountain pens.

Some people say that fountain pens have some charm that ball-point pens don't have.

What kind of fountain pen would be suitable for me?

I know that there are many well-known manufacturers of fountain pens such as Mont Blanc, S.T. Dupont, Waterman, Parker, etc.|||pens are expensive I do not know your price range. I suggest going to to an art store and try some out. I use a strathmore, but there are german pens that are really nice. Treat it like a car take a few on a test drive.|||go to www.xfountainpens.com they have good fountain pens for amazing prices, especially for a new user.

Need opinions on a book that I'm writing?

The story is most likely going to be called "camille-online", because it's an online blog written by Camille Daphne St. Aux. Also the setting is made up, as so are the characters, designers, etc.

My first draft was: http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;…

The grammer corrections still aren't complete, but it's better than the first, and i added a couple more details.

Here's what I have so far:

december 31st

3:37 P.M.

Penelope and I are becoming party crashers. First, we snuck into Agatha DuPont’s 15th birthday party in November. Then a few days later, when Eloise Lavelle was getting married to Mason Parvenus, we wore our pink and peach Ronde Vu halter dresses and three inch Debonair heels and pretended to be Mason’s cousins. Now, we really have to go to this New Years Party today. Jude Chevalier, director of the comedy series, “Wanted: Cereal Stalker” and the romantic movie, “That Thing Called Love”, has a son named Stephen, who’s hosting the party, and also a complete stud, might I add. It’s going to be at the Xam Palace. I had my 15th birthday party there, and it was spectacular. It had cost tons, but it was definitely worth it.

The reason that we have to crash this party is not that we were not invited. Well, I was invited, but Penelope wasn’t. She doesn’t really know the Chevaliers, but is usually invited to all the major parties. Gisele Braque and Yvette Jade, two of my other close friends were also going, and it made Penelope really upset when she heard this. I’m a great friend, and when I saw Penelope disappointed, I tried to cheer her up. Although I knew that there would be a guest list, I offered to make a copy of my invitation just for her. I had received it a couple of weeks ago. Stephen’s younger sister, Emily, gave it to me in period 2 English at Greenfield High School. Her exact words as she placed the envelope in my hands were “Keep it safe, we don’t give out seconds.” Apparently, the party was ‘invitation only’, and I was not allowed to bring anyone else. Just like my party, there were over 800 people invited, and it was very crucial to have an invitation.

I tried to be careful to keep my invitation safe. However, the day that I received it, it was raining. When I ran into my dad’s Mercedes, driven by our ex-chauffeur, Ludovic, it had fallen. I only realized this when we were in front of our house; but when I told Ludovic to take us back to the school, it was gone. Maybe someone found it, maybe the wind blew it away, maybe we weren’t quick enough, I don’t know. I cried throughout the whole car ride. It wasn’t fair: I worked so hard to get that invite. I was nice to Emily and Stephen all year. I even babysat for their little brother, Edward. I don’t know what I did to deserve loosing my invite. All I knew was that it had disappeared, whoever had it was going to pay in some way, shape, or form, and I asked my dad to fire Ludovic because he wasn’t quick enough to take me back to the high school. By the next day, our new chauffeur, and our forty-second, was Harvey.

Harvey, unlike Ludovic, was quick, but not too fast. I asked him to take me to Stephen’s house. My plan to ask, not beg, Emily to give me another invite. Stephen lives in my neighborhood, Parlor Place, in Amore, Corni. Parlor Place is huge, and not to be a complete snob, but the richest people live there… including myself. The houses there are mansions, named after the family that lives there. For example, Stephen’s house is called the Chevalier Mansion, nicknamed and most known as ‘Chev Manor.’ My house is called the St. Aux Mansion. Even though Stephen’s house is massive, it’s only going to be used as the setting for the after party.|||VERY confusing. I understand it's supposed to be in blog form, but in 4 paragraphs, you've dumped way too much information on your readers. You've got tons of characters and tons of places they need to go, you're dropping names all over the place (designers, shows, etc.), and you haven't given any background information whatsoever. I had absolutely no idea what was going on. Even though it's a blog, it still has to follow the general guidelines of writing. Maybe make each blog like a chapter or a short story. As it's written now, it's impossible to read and follow.

Do you feel like something is wrong?

First of all, thank you for reading this. I hope this gets through to a few like minded people.

Do you ever wonder what's going on? DO you feel like there's something 'not quite right' about our life and existence?

From a very early age I've felt this and it is getting stronger every passing day.

As human beings we're blessed with sentience, which is defined as:

"awareness: state of elementary or undifferentiated consciousness"

If we all have this awareness, why do we continue to be slaves in a society we disagree with? We live in a man made monetary prison: a virtual panopticon where we are tracked, studied, enforced and investigated without ever being told why.

All my life i've felt that we are not free. The older i get, the more this becomes apparent. I'm 26 years old now and i have an intelligent (thankfully) brain on my shoulders. Ive struggled to decide what to do with my life because no matter what course i decide upon, it seems to be pointless.

No matter the direction you take your life, you will always be part of this man made system where we have to work long hours just so we can have shelter and eat. I truly believe it wasn't meant to be this way.

Why are we not living in a world with free energy? (which is available, but heavily restricted through patents owned by exxon and dupont) Why are governments co-operating with a money flawed money system that can only lead us into global debt and enslavement?

If anyone else feels this way, please feel free to say something. Even if you feel the opposite is true, please express your opinion.

I am grateful for your time and always hopeful that something big is going to happen to better the world for all of us.|||Absolutely. Our society is based on money. And fortunately there is more to life than money. I have arrived at the american dream with a wife, two kids, house, good job, expensive toys, coach youth sports, sail, ski, go the gym, have friends. We always want something more. When we get there we still want something more. Its in our nature to want. The bottom line is that happiness is within. And we should work for a living. That's what I think.

Additional Information: Your are right. The system is flawed big time. Why because the sytem was created by the Golden Rule. Those who have the gold make the rules. I have worked hard and have arrived, sort of. But I still want more. I am soon moving to Sweden where I have more me time. More family time. More anything but work time.|||I agree with you...

When it comes to being free, we are free with many limitations.

The definition of greed is, "excessive or rapacious desire" which can be applied to all avid desires. greediness for knowledge, fame, praise, money, etc.|||We are what we are because we are. WOW! That's deep!|||The fault is man's ego, pride, and greed|||I agree.

BUT I now know that we have a greater purpose, God!|||I understand what ur trying to say.

but i think u might be going thru some depression or something idk|||the problem is that we are all born with material bodies. we are not able to avoid that. we also live in material world. we do not know why, we are just pushed in this world. Because we cannot just die, we have to accept reality. Yes, we are not free. We are slaves of our material bodies.

Nothing is wrong with society. all is wrong with our prison of our material body and our inevitable death. that is the worst problem ever seen!|||I truly, totally agree with you. Alot of things are not right in life %26amp; I've been feeling the same way from the very begining. I have always dreamed of living on a huge plot of land in nature %26amp; free from all of the stressesof life. I have a very good job, steady income but why do I have to go to work in the morning? I just want to be free because I was freely born into this world . I would like to meet like- minded people to start my life afresh.

Paint questions: PPG Deltron base coat/clear coat?

Im reading the tech sheet on some ppg paint I picked up from a store closing sale, And read something I though was a bit strange, or at least strange to me. The paint is PPG Deltron 2000 base-coat. It says wait 20 Min's before clear coat, but no longer then 24hrs. After 24hrs it (the base) must be scuffed and new basecoat applied. Why does it need to reapplied after 24hrs?

Its not a issue for me, I normally spray clear coat within an hour. I don't understand why clear can not be sprayed after 24hrs. This is my first time spraying PPG paint. I spray dupont paint for a living and Nason Ful-base b/c nor Chroma-base says anything about a time limit for clear coat.

Does the clear need the base to be fresh to bond to it? or what?|||My guess is the base needs to be fresh in order for proper bonding to take place. But, to be sure, I would ask the experts:

Looking for a Mechanical Engineering internship this summer?

Hey everyone I'm looking for a ME internship this summer but I'm having a rough time. I was told by my advisors that it would be really easy because engineers are in such short supply, and in theory that is indeed true. Yet, I can't find to find a job (intern) anywhere near where I love (Richmond, VA region - my zip code is 23060) The only company (that I know of anyway) that seems to have anything is Dominion and Dupont, can anyone knowledgeable in the field of engineering tell me all of the company websites I should check out? I don't know nearly as much as I should... I know. I've tried random search engines but it's really quite difficult. Going through all this makes me truly feel sorry for those that are looking for jobs that truly are highly competitive, wow.|||do you have a co-op placement as part of your program? Some colleges/university do have a few placements as a part of your diploma/degree progam.

I was lucky that I had a field placement in high school and college. It helped me alot!

Searching is really tough though. The only thing I could suggest going through the government website or checking out your local employment centre.

Good luck and dont give up hope!

Its too bad if you live in Canada - I could give you some a few links where to go. :)

Here鈥檚 a twist for you; I read every few lines, 鈥榳hat are you doing to stop global warming鈥?

Well I for one don鈥檛 buy one word of this junk science. I watched in amazement the US made a complete fool of itself with the 鈥榟ole in the ozone鈥?escapade back in the 90鈥檚. Now people with AC in the states pay far more for an inferior coolant than anyone else in the world. And for what? To make Dupont that much more profitable. Did Russia change? No. Did China change? No. Did anyone in South America or Asia, or most of Europe change? No, but the hole seems to have fixed it鈥檚 self didn鈥檛 it?

So my question for today is, As a vengeful person such as I am when someone try鈥檚 to shove something down my throat, What creative ways have you found to fight back against the 鈥榞reenies鈥?who are trying to force their beliefs, ideals and new age religion down your throat?

I for one love open air burning. We have big campfires every weekend as a family. Not only do we burn the wood to grill over, but when we are finished, we burn our trash as well, all the plastic, paper etc. The only things we can鈥檛 burn are the cans, which we make sure, go into the trash. Not the recyclable, but the landfill. I know the fun and time spent with my family doing such things is something they will carry with them for a lifetime, hopefully emulating these same common sense steps.

So what ways having you found to gouge back, even if it鈥檚 just a little.|||I try to make sure I don't leave a mess, but I too love sitting around the campfire. I have no intentions of stopping. I think these family times are far more important than living by some standereds that some kooks have dreamed up, but who refuse to live in the same way. Gore is a fine example. of a two faced hypocrite.|||I'm not sure there is actually a question in what you are asking, seems like more of a rant about environmentalism and your childish counter to it!

The Montreal Protocol banning CFC's has 191 countries signed on, including all the countries you mention in your question, they have all been included since the 80's.|||Perhaps this might help. The ozone layer is much too high for the CFC to get there. The ozone layer is very high and is caused from the solar winds collide with the earth's magnetic field. The only gas there is from the solar winds ,and nothing from down here not even hydrogen..|||How dare you, you just don't care. Those cans, if recycled could have become a new home for some homeless person in south Africa. Now they must sleep in the jungle night, without protection from god only knows what.

You are just pure evil.|||Gouging back seems so pointless. I understand not agreeing with someone, but why would you go out of your way to do the opposite of what they're doing?

Just take it easy man....life's much better that way.|||I've been exhaling half as often.|||Try not to eat too much Mexican food so I don't fart as much.|||I have an idea...there are plenty of therapists out there to help. Seek one!|||Fuzzcat T. What nation are you from?|||im not changing a fu*king thing.|||I got myself an SUV and don't even attempt to carpool to work. We also go through about 100 cans of beer/soda a week at my house and never recycle. Sometimes the homeless Chinese woman that lives nearby will pick them out of the trash, but I don't mind this since she is doing it for the money and not to save the world. Unfortunately, starting in August they are going to make failure to recycle a fine-able offense in my community. Can you believe that? I'm taking a stand against it. Now I know what George Washington must have felt like.|||You are quite right about the so called "scare" with the hole in the ozone back in the 90's, and the move to our now inferior refrigerant we use in our air conditioners. You can thank "Mr. Green" himself (Al Gore) for that. You are also correct in saying that the ozone hole did indeed repair itself, with NO help from Mr. Al Gore. An effective way to fight back against this envrionmental "brainwashing" by the "greens" is to simply not buy into it. Right now, we have those stupid wiggly light bulb things that everyone has for sale in the stores. They say that it is an energy saving lightbulb. Well, guess what? You can do THE SAME THING with a conventional lightbulb. If you are burning a 100 watt lightbulb in your room and you want to save some energy, how about fitting a 75 or a 60 watt conventional bulb into your light fitting? You're doing the same thing. People will go "green" if they wish. We do not need it forced down our throats by the "greenies", Al Gore, the government, or anyone else!|||I think you're kidding yourself if your idea of gouging back is burning trash and throwing away cheap beer cans. Nobody cares about that low scale, not even the "greenies." I also think looking to China and Russia as beacons guiding America how to act is a bad idea. You didn't seem to mention their version of communism as an economic or political model we should follow?

That being said, whether you believe in global warming or not, why is recycling a bad thing? Surely you believe in trash? Why not reuse some of it. It makes less trash and is a cost effective way to do business, giving us all a less expensive product in the end.

Why is it a bad idea to search for cheaper more renewable forms of energy and end our dependence on the most unstable part of thew world? Why would it be a bad idea to have cars that emit less noxious fumes, even if they don't put a whole in the ozone?

Believing that global warming is a lie or a political tool or that you're just smarter than the scientist who subscribe to it is one thing. Believing pollution therefore is actually a good idea is quite another.|||Well the first task is to fix our schools so kids are smart enough not to fall for obvious shell game cons. Second restore the scientific method to where an experiment must be duplicable by a reasonable number of other scientists to check to see if it just a theory or verified theory. The theories promoted as unquestioned fact by the AGW crowd have never reached the verified stage because no scientist to date has been able to duplicate the results from the data independently.|||My dear, the environmentalists do talk sense - if u burn things in open air, the air gets polluted which DOES result in global warming!!

About the ozone thing, well people usually exaggerate these things only so that people get cautious and start helping in conservation of the environment. It doesnt mean they are plain lying or anything - they are just trying to get people aware of what might happen if they continue this way.

What is The New World Order And The 13 Bloodlines?

Hey, I love to study conspiracy theories such as FEMA death camps, 9/11, Anti-christ, sumerians egyptian and mayan link to Nirubu and annunaki and so on ... (don't think i believe everything i read ... i don't believe in many of them i just love to study them).

Firstly is their a special name given to those who study conspiracys or conspiracy's in history? and what line of work can you go into to do with it.

Okay now the real question...

Can somebody please describe the 'New World Order' and the 13 bloodlines in a easier way ... i've been doing my own research but everywere i find is these long overdetailed lists of the full family history of each bloodline and not what their aims are or what they control etc.

The 13 bloodlines are:

The Astor Bloodline

The Bundy Bloodline

The Collins Bloodline

The DuPont Bloodline

The Freeman Bloodline

The Kennedy Bloodline

The Li Bloodline

The Onassis Bloodline

The Reynolds Bloodline

The Rockefeller Bloodline

The Rothschild Bloodline

The Russel Bloodline

The Van Duyn Bloodline

Also as a 14th bloodline theirs a Merovingian bloodline which has something to do with the European Royal Families and also 3 interconnected bloodlines,

The Disney Bloodline

The Krupp Bloodline

The McDonald Bloodline.

If a NWO existed what would its aims be?

Also what is the Illuminati? is it some kind of orginisation or another bloodline?|||Well now I'm interested.

Don't know anything about this subject but I will soon.|||You need to get out more if you give this drivel any credence whatsoever.
